I think there are websites for calculating your points, you should google for them, also are you already in canada ?

As long as I'm aware of, for PR or any other migration program you will need IELTS results from General Module, and your results are academic module ones, I believe. Then it means that you will have to re-take exam. Seniors, correct me if I'm wrong.

Your IELTS score is valid for only 2 years.
