Help with the declaration of common law?

I've already submitted my sponsorshipPR application. I'm sending in a application to extend my status as visitor. There is a statutory decclaration of common law union form. I dont have to fill this out if I've already submitted all the information with the original sponsorship app. Does anyone know if I must fill this out? I just dont want to leave anything out and be out of status because it gets sent back

If you are in a common law partnership (I am assuming your PR sponsorship application is under common law) then you should fill that up and have it notarized. Also attach a copy of the receipt you paid when you applied for the sponsorship.
