Help with dates in reference letters

I will complete my 1 year experience by the end of this month.

I have worked 8 months for an employer and another 4 months for my current one. My current employer will give me the reference letter in September, when I am about to apply but I already got the one from my previous dated on August 20, before I will complete the total year.

Would this be a problem?

Should be OK, as long as the letter from the first employer was written after the position ended.
