Few of my friends in India got an offer from a Montreal Hotel as "Work Supervisor" through an agency. I have very strong doubt on this offer as it could be a scam. I tried to call the number mentioned in the offer letter but nobody is picking the phone and going to voice mail. Google map could not properly point out the address they mentioned, everything looks fishy. I have very little knowledge on Montreal immigration process however when I searched I found that all such offers should be attested by govt. before sending to the candidate but there are no such thing in the offer.
It is also to be noted my friends were told that as it is a non-skill category no IELTS is required!
this is the address they mentioned for the Hotel (I have removed the hotel name but if someone can help me on this really to find out, PM me I will send more details)

(there is Decarie St, and Decarie blvd but not just 9404 Decarie). I would appreciate if anyone can help me on this or any possible way to make sure on this.
