help required:how to send updated form to VO

Hi Guys,

I am july applicant and received the AOR.My VO is CPP-O.
I just come to know that there is some mistake in my 'imm0008' CEC form.
So how should i send them an updated form to VO? Will attachment in the email work ?
Also , do i need to write a letter , to the explain about the updated one ?
Has someone gone through this kind of situation ?your help/suggestion would be highly appreciated.

You can send it by email or registered mail and request a signature on delivery. Complete the form again and write a letter explaining the error. Make sure you write your name, date of birth, client ID # and file #(from your AOR).
