Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,

i am working as lecturer from 2003 and now i requested for reference letter from my principal and because i am in in a bond he refused to give ... please help me how can i proceed with my application... as my 4 month period is already started...

Rupesh that is tough situation.
I suggest you try arranging for
1.) Appointment letter or contract
2.) Get a letter from Registrar or some extract from website of your cellege telling you are teacher there.
3.) Pay slips
4.) Proof of trainings that you may have undergone as a teacher
5.) Explain why you were not able to get letter to CHC
6.) Under oath file an affidavit with you main duties.

I am not sure if this will work, but if you can not get a reference letter at all, you still need to try.

4131/4121 is probably an easy one to prove.

Ankit's list is good. Thats exactly what you should do.

You have your contract. That will tell what your job title is. Once they see the title, there isn't much difference between one professor and another in terms of duties and especially this NOC covers both senior and junior positions (unlike the IT NOC where you have to show that you had management duties).

Pay slips will show that you worked in that university for so many months.

Finally, you can also get your tax documents. The tax documents I have seen at least mention the job title. If yours does, then thats more proof of your job.
