HELP! PR under process since 6 months

Dear All Hero members,

We are in a difficult situation as I sent my PR for renewal and it says ( on the web ) under process since 6 months!

We are now out of Canada , we need an email address to follow up or phone number so we call from overseas.

Please advise urgently.

A year ago, you posted that you and your family did not meet the residency requirements and that your PR cards would be expiring in July.

So what ended up happening? When did you return to Canada? Were you reported on entry? When did you leave Canada again and why? Is your spouse staying in Canada in order to try to revive your PR status?

I agree with Leon. It would be good if you could provide additional details since the last time you posted you mentioned that you only had 15 days in Canada and were nowhere near making the residency requirement. If you applied for a renewed PR card without meeting the residency requirement, then I suspect your file has been transferred to the local office for further examination. If so, it's anyone's guess how long that will take. Make sure you have someone trustworthy in Canada who is checking the mail at the address you gave for your PR renewal in case you receive a request for more information.
