Help !! Please

Hi all I'm a new member have been reading all your post for some time now , looking for some advise ,
Applied for PR it was accepted in March
Medicals completed in May by emedical
Police certificates from uk sent in May and received and signed for end of May


ISSUE unable to see medical stats on our online cic login
Sent email asking why unable to see this information got email saying we requested further documents which were police checks ? Have they lost those documents ,

We are a bit stressed with this as it's been 3 months since both medicals and police checks were submitted

Any advise would be appreciated ,

It's difficult to help you since you haven't provided very many details. How did you apply for PR? What immigration stream? Through which visa office?

We applied through AINP visa office was Sydney Nova Scotia my husband is a provincial nominee certificate holder , and I'm sorry I'm very new to all this thank carol
