My parents have an approved and valid TRV

and then I have a nephews who recently got their permanent resident visa (7yrs old and 1yr old). Their Mom (my sister) and their Dad is located at New Brunswick.

My question is:

Will there be any issue if my parents will be the one who will accompany my nephews going to NewBrunswick from my home country, So my parents can spend their vacation as a tourist at the same time?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I am assuming you're from the Philippines so....the kids are exempted from needing DSWD travel clearances if they have permanent residence status abroad.

It should be OK for your parents to travel with your nephews. They need to show their NSO birth certificates and copies of their parents' PR cards, I would say. Your sister or husband can contact the nearest Philippine Consulate in Canada to ask, or your parents can contact DSWD.

They should include a letter from both parents authorizing them to travel with their grandchildren plus your Canadian contact information.
