hello ,i need help while i was apply for SINP ,i donot have a surname ,and my form doesnot allow me to proceed without filling surname column .what should i do ?

Write Not Applicable there and proceed with filling the form. Later, add an explanation why you had to do this. That's how members have dealt with their EE profile as well.
