Help Needed regarding Police Certificate in Pakistan

I have lived in UK for the past 4 years and now I'm back to Pakistan. I used to live in a different city here before going to UK. Now I and my family are living in Lahore from the past few months and I also changed the address on my ID card. So I want to know shall I apply for police certificate from my old city where I lived all my life or from the current city where im living from the last 10 months because I have changed the address on my ID card 10 months ago. Thanks

you need the police certificate of both the cities. CIC wants the police certificate of the places where you have lived for more than 6 months even for UK.

My sister in law got for police certificate from 3 cities because she was born in one city married in another city and lived in 3rd city so cic requested police certificate of these 3 cities. she lived there for more than 6 months.

one more question for how long is it valid for? can I apply for police certificate now? I want to apply for visa after probably 3 months.

its valid for one year so its up to you when to apply.

ohh yes sorry medical is for one year and police certificate is for 6 months.
