Help needed, how to update application?

Hi all, I have received response from FSW CIO in Sydney on October 28 that my application was accepted and that now I am in the process.
The email has two numbers, one is UCI that I already have from before because I was working in Canada before and other number is E.....
I believe that is the application number, but I am not sure.
I have changed my passport and need to update some information like changed address (I am not any more in Canada) etc.
Can someone explain to me how to do that, is there a way to update my application online? I have not received any more updates from Visa Office or CIO Sydney so I don't know if my application was transferred from CIO to Visa Office. I belong to VO in Vienna.

You can only update your address online if you are in Canada but since you are outside Canada, the only option is to send a mail to your visa office ie Vienna asking them to change ur address. You must indicate your old and new address in the mail as well as your full details including ur names CID and application number, date of birth, noc etc .

Dear don't worry, when your VISA office contact you, they will send you a form called" Updated Information Chart", you can fill in the details of new passport, revised address, addition in family etc and send them back. As my case was also similar to yours, and I did the same thing and it was accepted.

But I have not received anything yet from Vienna, like file transfer indication or something like that. I just have PER for now (I think this is PER). Should I expect some email from Vienna on file being transfer and then send update to application?

Some visa offices dont send email on file transfer to them. When u receive your PER then they should have received your file within two weeks. Send they an email they will effect the correction and will also inform you if they dont have ur file yet.

You will need to send mail with all ur details and attach a copy of the new passport to your visa office most likely CPP-O though you know what u chose. If you were updating ur mailing address u could do it online through ecas if u reside in canada at the moment but other updates ull need to contact ur visa office.

If u are changing ur mailing address and reside in Canada u can do it online by loging into ECAS. But for other changes u will need to email your VO in ur case Vienna.
