I have created my profile and my CRS score is 426. I created my profile in March 2016. I was hoping will get OINP notification. Last week Ontario updated that for this year there will be no more invitations. They may open in November . Currently I am in Toronto on NOC code 2173. Can I apply for Other Provinces what are the chances for other Provinces.
Please help me.
