Help: Incorrect DOB of child on Application post ITA

Hey Guys,

I was just checking my application after filling in everything and found that the DOB of my son is incorrect - I thought I might me able to change it but I cant. I received an ITA on 11th Jan. So instead of 2015, I have mistakenly written it as 2016 - And now I feel pretty stupid.

Any ideas on what to do?

You should be able to change it in your PR forms, just not in your EE forms. Mention the mistake in your LOE.

Just to add I have not submitted my application as of yet, no fees paid too. Does it make any difference or is LOE my only option?

Lots of people change things after ita in their pr form. The officers job is to check the difference between the ee and pr app.

Your loe is there to help explain these discrepancies. Just make the change in your pr app and add a note to your loe that you made a mistake and corrected it.

It's not an issue at all as it doesn't affect your eligibility.
