question 1:
I am currently enrolled in an eligible post-secondary institution for international students. The duration of my program is technically 8 months (6 months study + 8 weeks practicum). Based on the criteria under Graduate Worker Category: "The program of study in Alberta must have been at least one year (i.e. minimum of two semesters of full-time study, or equivalent) in duration." . So my question is, am I eligible for nomination(assuming I have a PGWP and full time skilled job after graduation) Thanks!

My program will end on 16th of April 2014 and my practicum should start on May 1, 2014. I am required to hold a co-op work permit to finish my internship and I was able to get it. The duration of my co-op work permit is 6 months but I only need 8 weeks to finish my practicum to graduate. Now my question is, can I atleast use my co-op work permit for 5 months before I apply for Post Graduation Work Permit?Huh
