HELP!! 3 month baby wants to move to Canada, born in India, parents have TRV's

Hi All,

My husband is in Canada, on open work permit. I was also there with him on OWP, and came to India for delivery of our baby boy. Now, he is 3 months old, and we plan to go back to Canada to my husband.

I am confused on what kind of visas would my baby need? Would it be a visitor visa, raised in the same manner that we raise for others?

hi even my wife who is in canada on a study permit wants to take our 3 yr old daughter there.. please guide on how to do that?

i have been refused 4 times already. so my chances r really slim of an approval ever again. but surely child needs to b with mother. wat r the requirements for the child for applying trv?
