When did you get a response from the letter because you only posted the first letter that you were lacking documents (in the link) a month ago. Usually it takes a while to get a response, not a few days.Yes I responded but they refused my lawyer is saying you were lacking some documents about spouse employment so I’m asking luckily dint get 5 year ban on refusal letter
Your refusal letter states the following - Should you be unable to provide the information and/or other documents requested you must advise us in writing detailing the reasons why you cannot provide the information/document requested. I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond. You will have 15 days from the date of this letter to submit evidence and documentation you deem will address these concerns. No on refusal letter it said that you provided insufficient information for your spouse employment Iam not applying for anything now just want to know what I was lacking in documents
Ok. So your spouse needs to show a job in NOC A, B or 0 with paystubs and job letter. Given you have a PFL and even refusal on the PFL, you need to submit new information and documentation that proves your marriage is genuine. That’s not what my refusal states that’s PFL I already responded to PFL and after that they refused
