When did you get a response from the letter because you only posted the first letter that you were lacking documents (in the link) a month ago. Usually it takes a while to get a response, not a few days.

Your refusal letter states the following - Should you be unable to provide the information and/or other documents requested you must advise us in writing detailing the reasons why you cannot provide the information/document requested. I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond. You will have 15 days from the date of this letter to submit evidence and documentation you deem will address these concerns.
So what was the outcome of responding to the letter? Another refusal? A ban? You never did say in past posts.
Again you have received a PFL, so not sure how you can reapply in such a short period of time with new documentation and evidence. But you say you are not applying for anything so you need new documentation to address the PFL.
Ok. So your spouse needs to show a job in NOC A, B or 0 with paystubs and job letter. Given you have a PFL and even refusal on the PFL, you need to submit new information and documentation that proves your marriage is genuine.
