Height and eye color in the ITA form, have them to be the same with the Medical Exam Report?

Hi all,

Just received the ITA (invitation to apply). In the form, I was asked to put in the height and eye color.

I haven't done the medical exam yet. just wondering:

1) Are those information: height and eye color, have to be EXACTLY THE SAME as in my medical exam report?

2) After I complete the ITA form, and system generate the document checklist. At this stage, can I go back and update any information in the ITA form?

Thanks a lot :)

I'm not sure about your first question but regarding the second one. Yes, you can go back and edit that information.

Cheers ;)

1. Yes, why do you want it to be different.

2. Yes

Stanlee, I am going to be using and uploading my medical done in May 2016. I had received an ITA before in April 2016 but my application was rejected but I have again received an ITA yesterday. Since my medical is still valid, I'm going to be using my May 2016 medical. But the thing is, the 1 page e-Medical Information Sheet that I will upload does not mention my Height and Eye Color. I also don't remember what my height was in that medical. Eye Color is obviously black but can I just measure my height myself at home and put that number in the ITA form list? I don't think it would be such an issue. Thoughts?
