I applied online, and although I had gotten my degree attested from HEC there was no need of uploading or submitting any documents. For admission however you have to mail your attested documents to the university to finalize the admission.
i don't think so you need to do this.i have checked the checklist for visa application form and they have not mentioned anything like this.u just have to send your original degrees,that's it.one more thing also for admission its not mandatory,i just submitted my simple degrees and got acceptance letter.
