Since Friday I'm experiencing problems in MyCIC online account. I enter my login and password and after I click "Continue" I see only page "Internal server error 500"

And this is going on for two days already. But the same time my husband can use his account without any problems. Is anybody here experiencing same problems?

It's amazing with all of the IT nice code applicants on here that there's so many technical problems...

Try a different browser or clearing your cache. If it doesn't work I'm going to assume it is a server error - it's possible your account is stored on a separate server which may have problems. Wait it out if you can.
 
Clear your cookies and/or try using a different browser. Alternatively, wait till the weekday, there are often login problems over the weekends.

Of course I tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies and this did not help.

I have faced same problem of Error 500 since yesterday.
I can not login in to mycic profile.
So anyone got solution for it must reply.
 
See above... We have our suggestions... Clear browser cache and cookies, try a different device or internet connection. If that doesn't work wait. The error is an I internal server error... So it's really their end that's having problems. Just wait and check in a day or so.

different devices or internet connections aren't working, because the error is on CIC's side, and they are working to fix it. We just should wait.

try to sign in from phone or other PC.
