I cannot still log in as well.

There is no call number for technical support. When I contacted CIC call centre, they asked me to use IRCC Webform to report the technical issue. I also hve seen other people being able to sign in without any problem. I am not sure, why we cannot.
 
Is everyone reporting errors using a secure partner or a GC Key?
 
I have been using the GCKey. If they do not fix this, I do not see any way other than trying to re-link the application to another my CIC account. Has aybody done this? If yes, do you see your earlier messages after re-linking to your application?

That was going to be my suggestion. If it is a GCKey, you can try creating a new one. It is possible the maintenance mentioned previously has caused issues for sign-in.

I use the secure concierge...

@profiler; the problem is that if I do this, I need to re-link my application. I am afraid that this can screw up the messages that are currently stuck in my cic account. Do you think that if I re-link the application, I will get all of the messages related to my application get transferred?

I haven't done this myself so I cannot say. If (big if) the author of this web portal designed it properly, then messages are linked to applications, not to logins. But I'm not convinced this is the case.

Wait until monday and call in.

It is a "big if." I had called CIC already twice on Friday. They had almost no clue and had no solution to help, except for suggesting me to fill in a request through IRCC form.
 
I was out all day and just came back and tried to sign in (GC Key) and it gives me the same error. This has never happened to me before.

BTW, what is service concierge?

The secure concierge is where you login using online banking.

When go through this way the applications are not there the options are there but it like we never linked the application to the GC Key.

Thats right. It is a separate login and you'd have to link it. But I would call in for technical support monday, because it sounds like they either corrupted data, or their "maintenance" broke the gckey login.
 
Ok. I have some more information now about the log-in problem.

I just found out that there is a way to contact what they call the concierge for GCKey system in the government. This a 24 hour-7 days a week office that you can reach at 1-855-438-1102. I talked to the agent about the issue with CIC. Before I finish, he told me that they are fully aware of this technical issue. He said that they expect to resolve this on/by Monday.

So, I am more comfortable now. At least, we know that somebody is working on this and there is a right point of contact out there.
