I am on Post Graduate Work Permit now and my relatives find me a girl who came 2 years ago in Canada in Marriage Case... Some how she didn't get along with her first husband and they got divorced.... And my relatives are saying tgat they can talk about me to that girl ... So I am confused that if i get married with that girl what rules will be applied to me as a second spouse....
What are the rules to sponsor a second spouse? If my work permit expires do i have go back to my country and have to wait for 5 years to come back... Please explain me the rules I read on cic website but i am still confused...
