Has anyone done WES Evaluation while University no longer exists?

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone encountered such case?

My friend has graduated from a university in Dubai and before submitting WES application, upon checking the list of universities it stated that "they do not currently accept applications from this universtiy and the application will not processed".

He graduated years before the closure and his degree and transcripts have already been attested by the ministry.

Any advise on what to do or if anyone has had similar experience?

Any help would be much appreciated

Yes it could be an issue as you know WES wants the Uni to send the certificates directly to them so if that Uni is closed that won't be possible and there is no way to verify the cerdentials.
