I wanted to know if someone has applied visitor visa from france. (with indian passport)

I have submit my application on 20 Feb 2025. and below are the timelines :
Biometrics : 06 March 2025.
passport submission request(PPR) : 07 June 2025
Passport submitted in VAC Paris : 11 June 2025
Passport dispatched from Paris VAC to IRCC : 12 June 2025
below is IRCC update on 12 June 2025

June 12, 2025 Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below.

Review of medical results

is the above information means that visa is approved?

does anyone knows how much time does it take for the stamping in Paris France ??
