Happy early Canada Day!

This is what's happening in Korea:

There is a family BBQ near the Canada Embassy in Seoul. There will be various events and activities set up on a school soccer pith for kids. In the evening there is a free outdoor concert downtown Seoul.

Canada Day is my husband's former wedding anniversary from his first marriage. We pretend it doesn't exist

Not really I did plant a hanging basket for Canada Day. It got pretty beat up by the flood (excess rain, it grew mold on my flowers... grrr), but maybe I'll get unlazy and upload a pic.

In Montreal, it is the fifth largest parade. It is only preceded by Gay Pride, Saint-Jean Baptiste, Saint-Patrick's day, and the Santa Claus parade.

Just a detail but it is supposed to be a celebration of Canada as a nation and not a celebration of the expediency of its bureaucracy.

Hope you can find time to enjoy it nonetheless.

lol calm down. i understand your frustration but you cant let it mar your feelings for canada. problem is we have a hostile majority government intoxicated by the power they wield.

It looks like they are sold out. They have a limited number of tickets at the door. The price is 40,000 at the door.

I'm back in Canada now but I was in London for Canada Day last year and it was an awesome party in Trafalgar Square. Pancake breakfast, mounties, music performances, street hockey, poutine . And Our Lady Peace put on a great show at the end of the night.

Not sure if you know this already, or possible have a fungicide on hand. But, if you mix 2 TB of bleach/javex with one cup of water and spray the plant/s it will kill the mold and not the plants.

With regards to Canada Day, I get to pick up my husband!! ;D
