Just got off the phone with the IRCC AGENT after 12 months and 2 days since submission- was told she’s going to send an email to Mississauga office , that’s about it ...

You should've gotten the fax number of Mississauga office from the agent and sent them a fax yourself.
Next step would be to send a full email to the incompetent minister of cic telling him his dept is pathetic

I wrote them once and the answer was who comes first get served first. I didn't want to answer back because I am sure that who read and answer the Email even do not know how their department works.

Got the response from the webform I sent on my day of anniversary ... nothing new, except this time they removed the 'rest assured we will do what we can to finish it within established time frame' lol

I didn’t complain, since I don’t want to push my app further down the line of “let’s not look at it”

I'm sure there are some checks in place to prevent your particular citizenship officer from going vindictive over the complaint.

I was sure my case would be straightforward enough to be done within a year but I was wrong

Called today on one year anniversary and got the same pathetic response...done with calling not gonna do that anymore
