Half-Sibling sponsorship

Hi!

So I tried searching for a sure answer to this question but I didn't find anything conclusive so I would really appreciate some help.

This situation is as follows: my half-sister has moved from Israel to Canada (by half-sister, I mean we have the same mother but different fathers.) She has moved with her family around two and a half years ago, to Winnipeg. I would like to find out if there is a possibility for her to sponsor my (and my soon-to-be wife's) immigration to WP as well, and if there are any further requirements on such a process.

No, your (half-)sister cannot sponsor you. You cannot sponsor siblings. (Unless she is unmarried, has no children, has no parents or grandparents, and has no relatives in Canada.)
