I have a TRPR application in progress and am eligible for a WP under that. My first application was refused as I forgot to pay $155 application fee which put me out of status.

I can't restore to worker as my previous WP was under IEC, therefore I applied to restore as visitor. It could be a long wait. Can I submit the second WP application before approval?

Will my WP be approved in the instance the restoration as visitor is processed before the WP?
