No you cannot apply with your approved LMIA for a closed work permit from within Canada. What is your citizenship? Job offer?

You aren’t a genuine visitor if you’re looking to get a work permit while you’re in Canada as a visitor

You had to show ties to go back to your country when you applied for a visitor visa

Definitely I ll be back but just want to check if someone visit Canada and like to stay little more and start few months job over there is it possible..visitor has a right to visit and explore..is it a bad thing u guess.

You can visit only. Once you have an approved LMIA, then leave and apply for a closed work permit with your ECA, language tests and job experience letters.
