Thank for the reply folks.
I donot qualify for the project manager. My consultant doesnt want to return the money now and is forcing me to apply under project manager category which i do not qualify for.I am sure the application will be rejected.I think even he knows that but just want to submit my papers to keep the money.
My question is what options i have to get back my money.
has anyone in this forum ever faced this kind of situation.
any help/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I applied under this same NOC 0213 and got my nomination. You can try this.
But be careful as your job description should exactly match reqmnts of this NOC

Either you can apply under NOC 0213 as Manager(if eligible) or Try checking other provincial nominee programs and see if you are eligible.

hi folks.
I am applying for PNP through an immigration consultant. They told me that several jobs have been removed after the May 19 changes. Just wanna know if software developers/ consultants can still apply for PNP or not.
Regards
Nitesh

No, the IT jobs are removed (except if you are a project manager, you may still apply). So, no more developers/consultants/programmers.

Yeah my consultant too told me that they cant apply now for developers/consultants/programmers.
I payed him 1700$ for this and now he is looking into ways in which he can keep it to himself.
He is asking me to apply as Project Manager which i dont i qualify for.
I want to know what legal options do i have.
Any way I can get my money back. folks pls advice...
Anyone else also having similar issues.

Dude,

Who is this Immigration Consultant ?? If Canadian government comes to know that he is asking you to modify your experience for the sake of applying, his license will immediately get cancelled.

Do you have a written communication from the immigration consultant ??

BTW - Why did you pay so much ($1700) during the initial filing of your papers.. Usually folks go on installments where they pay around 500 bucks.. anyways.. good luck !

Hi Guys,

Can anyone please let me know what to write in fingerprint form for "reason fingerprinted"? If we put "Canada Immigration Visa" do you think it can create a problem for us or we can just put "immigration-other country"?

Nitish,

I agree with justinline. You should complain about this to address as given below...

Check if your consultant is part of CSIC from this site http://www.csic-scci.ca/

You can just write "immigration".

Any starting pointer for getting a PCC for NJ, I am currently in NY.

I have been following http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp, from where in i got into http://www.njsp.org/about/serv_chrc.html#icbc.

I learned that I have to fill out form A. That is it, i mean filling out form A and sending it over should be okay or do I need to send any finger printing or something like that ?

I am bit confused to now from where to start ?

I received my file no. today after emailing them about my status as it was almost nearing 4months now.

File # : 14XX
NOC: 2171/2172
Application Sent date to Alberta: 05-Feb-2009.
Additional request of job descr : 17-Mar-2009.
Received file# Dt. : 01-Jun-2009.

Also, the email states my application no. was emailed to me on 17-Mar-2009 (infact they have asked me for additional documents about job descr. that day)

Thanks
Kale.

Hi JustInLine,

Thanks for the reply. I have added these 2 email id's in my contacts on yahoo. I hope now my mails dont go to spam.

Put this two in your contact list

"Pnp Office" <Pnp.Office@gov.ab.ca>
"Immigration Info" <Immigration.Info@gov.ab.ca>

I also almost missed my file number in the spam folder.

Looks like majority of candidates who applied in the month of december have already been nominated.

Is there anyone with application receipt date in december and haven't received nomination ?
