H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

So does that mean if I received an email on Feb 20 that I'll get a decision in 40 to 60 days, should I expect something as well? But I thought everyone gaetting an email in December said the same message!

While these days people will get Nomination but also there are certain people whose rejection letters are being dispatched from here. There are lots of people who are not in this forum. These 3 filed for PNP via a Law Firm in Missisuaga ON and thier rejections are being sent.
