Hi,

Does anyone who got the Doc request in FEB 10 got nomination. I got a Doc request on 02/23 and no nomination yet. Does anyone have any idea how long does it take get nominated these days after Doc request.

Thanks

In one of the posts here, someone said the time between file # and nomination is 8-12 month. Another person said it could be sooner. I'm not sure.

When did you reply to the Doc request? Recent trend shows that it is taking 1 month since the Doc request reply date. And in some cases, just a few days more than 1 month...

hey abInMind, if this is true, then it's very good news for us.

Hello AbinMind,

When did ur initial application reach alberta and when did u receive ur doc request. Also whats ur NOC code.
I am truly a Feb 23rd, 2009 applicant but somehow when I received file number Alberta said it received it on March 23rd, 2009.
I absolutely dont know what on earth they did. Anyhow do you know if they will process doc request for Feb-March, 2009 candidates with IT NOC codes, and if yes any guess when can I expect to receive the doc request.

Thanks in advance,
NN

NN,
My NOC is 2171. I sent my application on Feb 2nd 2009, and I got an email on March 24th 2009 and in the email, they said they received my application on Feb 13th 2009. So I dont know either...
I received my document request on March 5th, and am also awaiting nomination. I applied using an attorney, and he told me that their firm had received around 50 document requests for applicants in the Feb-Mar timeframe at the same time i.e. around March 5th. And I asked him if there were IT NOC applicants in those 50, and he said "yes".
And if you look at the most recent nomination (Some Reddy.Canada userid on this forum), you will see that the NOC is 2173, and he/she applied in March 2009. So I think we can be hopeful...
Hope this information is helpful

Regards
~SA

What ever mess with AINP has to happen has happened. Now its time for loss consolidation.

Who ever has gone through protech immigration services to apply for this AINP program Please contact me at
prakashvele @ gmail.com. We have a bunch of applicants who paid 1800 dollars piece for this useless program . Since this mess happened their tone has changed little bit regarding refund policy. So we want to keep track of all the applicants on our next course of action.

Please do mail me at prakashvele @ gmail.com

I have also hire them as my representator. It has been more than a month since I got mail that my file is closed. They haven't officially informed me yet about my status.

So you can expect to hear something from April 11th to April 15-16th. Otherwise, try calling them...

Don't call them, I know my friend she called to find her status, first they try to avoid her but later they pulled her file and said it is being closed and you will receive a latter in 5-7 days. She is very upset now.

Hi All,

I received a doc request in 3rd week of Feb, replied within the next day itself, and haven't received nomination yet. Going on 2 months now.

I applied back in April 2009, and received file no. in Aug'09, so total time so far has been a year.

Anyone else in similar situation?

I think we will see another flood of nominations maybe in a few more weeks? Things seem to ebb and flow with AINP!

Hello - I submitted my application in Feb 2009 under NOC 2072. 2 Weeks ago I received my nomination packet. I am looking for some guidance with respect to the next steps.

1. Should I just sign the form and send it along with the application fee for two (me and my wife)?
2. Should I submit the form, fee along with the police clearance?

Please advice.

Thanks in advance.
