H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

Due to an old DUI arrest, I found that I am inadmissible in Canada and have to apply for Rehabilitation approval. My question is , Will I still need rehab-approval with AINP nomination?

I think the only applicant who has gotten rejected so far w/o H1B is Babuganesh2000, but per AINP the receipt date of his application was March(after Feb 19th) eventhough he had sent his application in Jan. Other than him I haven't heard of any rejections.
but my point after Jan 1st the rules have changed that those ppl are not pre-assessed and more over at that time only they mentioned they should be in H1 status until the file is processed for nomination but y pt is who ever applied by pre-assessed and application reached after 19th Feb what about those guys.

when i speak to one of a customer service person in Alberta immigration office by providing by my file number they said my status is for higher authority verification or something he said.So whats the situation for that applications.

I too am an applicant from Old process and was pre-assessed. I had got my invitation in Nov 2008. At that time you only needed to be in H1B status at the time of application. I am hoping they consider our application and issue our nomination. Lets hope for the best

The funny thing is I have my state PCC's and now wondering where to go to get my FBI Clearance and PCC from Indian Consulate. Anybody from NJ, who have applied for FBI Clearance? Can you please tell me where you got your finger prints recorded to send it to the FBI?? I reside at Woodbridge, NJ. Any help in this area is highly appreciated.

Thanks for the information... But in the website, its mentioned that they wont do it for immigration purposes... whats the deal with that?? Or is it that I just go and get my finger printing done with in the card mentioning someother reason?

got email on 7/8/09 with below info:

confirm receipt of the AINP application: April 14, 2009

Anybody Applied around this date and got any communication from Alberta? Is there any way to contact and get the status? Please pass If any one have customer support contact number.
