This is very good news. It means that they are issuing nominations past the beginning of the new year. I was afraid that the flurry of activity we saw in November and December was an attempt to use up a quota before the end of the year, rather than a real policy decision to move ahead with the program, but this appears to be the real thing.

My NOC is also 2173 and my application date is about a month later than yours, but I have not received any document request. Still, seeing your entry gives me hope.

Hi Chinga,
Given Babuganess case, I hink AINP is not considering out of H1 cases even though their applications reached AINP before feb 19th 2009?But in Babuganesh case, recept date was of March that may be the reason.
Did u check with AINP lately abt your status?
