Hi Guys,
I have moved to new apartment two months back but i didnt update the AINP till now mean while I have sent my H1b status and paystubs with old apartment adress. (they didnt request me but my h1b got expried so i sent my extension petition and recent paystub). Today i sent my new apatment adress and I called AINP and I told them this is the situation. Plz let me know whether you guys sent my nomination or not. they told me we cant check ur status now. But I updated in USPS for forwarding my mails to new address two months back itself. Now How can I track my status whether I got nomination or not. Did any one faced this problem??
Plz guys help me how can i find my status ??

Hi Virgo,
Can you post the details like what they mentioned in that nomination approval document and what all documents we need to prepare.

This will help our folks to save some time. We can be prepared with all required documents and Native PCC and State and Federal PCC and if any bank statements required.

Please post what all documents they are expecting from us after nomination.

Thanks in advance and all the best for your future steps.

Regards
RoyalHeart

Our nomination letter does not list the documents we need to send to Buffalo. Instead, AINP says “Please review your application for completeness using the visa office instructions. These instructions can be found at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp#visa_office.”

Here’s the link to Visa Office Specific Instructions for Buffalo: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf

We don't need alot of stuff from it.As most of it we don't need being provincial nominee.

Hey Guys,

Can anyone tell from which email address we may be recieving email for final doc request prior to AINP nomination ?
So that i can search easily if it goes in junk mail folder

Thanks

Royal heart,

AINP is not expecting any thing back from us except ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM.

But to apply for CIC Process we need to get FBI ,State police,Police certificate from native country and other countries that you lived.Birth Certificates we need to get .Rest will be with us to send it to CIC

HI,

MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE DOES NOT HAVE MY NAME ON IT.IT IS ISSUED FROM INDIA.IS THAT OK ? OR DO I NEED TO GET A NEW ONE FROM CONSULATE ?

your birth certificate does not have your name???? :o

^^^^^^^^
NO IT DOESN'T .IT IS ISSUED FROM INDIA.NORMALLY THERE PEOPLE DO THAT AFTER A FEW DAYS NOT AT THE TIME OF BIRTH.

LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE FROM FRANCE.THAT'S WHY YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT.

Folks,

Applied - Jan 2009
NOC - 0213
File Number Received - March 2009
Documents Requested - 24th Nov 2009
Documents Submitted - 24th Nov 2009

I received nomination today only which was mailed by them on Dec 2nd. It's already more than 30 days but I have faxed the acknowledgement immediately so hoping there should not be any issue.

I am planning to apply to CIC with same police reports which I received 5 months back from Australia, India and in US. Do you think that will be an issue?
