You are on the safe side. You filed your claim before June 2025, which is when Bill C-12 was introduced, so your claim will not be affected. Even claims referred to the IRB after this date are most likely not affected and will remain at the IRB’s discretion. The major impact of Bill C-12 is on immigration applications, not on protection claims.

Very hard to comment especially without knowing how long you have been in Canada and where you are from. Realistically we don’t know how this bill will be implemented.

The amount of ignorance that goes into making comments like these when you are violating a law as an H&C hopeful is something. You are threatening and harassing me here - on top of that, you are clearly admitting that "this won't stop" - well, what do you think a judge will see that as? You should stop before you ruin any chances of ever even getting a visitor visa here. Again, all of this is just the documentation, you'll eventually own all of your comments in front of the law. Keep it up, I'll mark ignore and move on (for now).
