Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi everyone,
I submitted my H&C application in August and was mailed to Vancouver.
Does it mean that it would be processed there in Vancouver?
I am living in Ottawa.
In principle, it could go to any office - that is why they are called backlog reduction offices. It depends on which office will have capacity for your case. In practice, I am in Ottawa too, and our French applications all went to Montreal; last application (in English) was decided in Vancouver and signed off in Toronto. So it could be any office really. I would not stress about office particularly - it really depends on the person on whose desk you end up. You did all you could - the only thing left now is to check your status regularly and make sure you do not miss any updates.

You have very good chances this second time if you have argument/evidence against each of the nonsense points he made. This is how I structured the last application:

Here are A B C D that previous agent wrote in her refusal notes;
And here is evidence against each of A B C D (in a respectful tone, of course).

It will be a fast processing this time for you.Good luck!
Yes, Actually it made it easy for me this time, that was the worse officer you could ever imagine and got all arguments with evidence this time!

no sweetheart I understand what you’re saying you’re awesome the only things I was trying to say if you tell to these guys about your experience some of them get scared and get anxiety stress because your experience was in 2017 18 19 2020 that time was really hard to get h&c approval now is a piece a cake it’s like a Work Permit and also I just wanna say that those officers were in office they got promoted to different offices now we got different office officers and New Minister

All I’m saying here guys you’ll hear more good news and bad news before on in our times we hear one good news and seven bad news so just be patient
Good luck
Well ,every experience matters when it comes to immigration, you can't make them believe that H&C is like a walk in the park. Few things has changed , but not all. Your statistics on approval rate is not that much, but its has improved from the all time low that it use to be. Every case is different and it has a lot to with the supporting documents you have to prove your case ,and also the officer's discretion. There still people that are not in this forum that are still 2018/2019 that still don't have AIP yet. Even the ones that wasn't so lucky to get deferral from Removal order.
