The PRTD of my son has been denied.
I have an appeal time of 60 days. What shall I do. Do you take up such cases?
You will need to appeal if you want to try to save your son’s PR status. None of us here are lawyer. We are all normal people like you. You’ll need to hire a lawyer.

also be aware, that if your son will loose appeal it may affect your daughter chances. The reason being is your family story is the same for both of them (none of them from what you have told has any additional valid reason why he or she could not return sooner).

Shouldn't make a huge difference. Seems like IRCC is closing the loophole because many PRs who have never spent much time in Canada are claiming they were removed against their will as minors. None have not met their RO want to return to Canada and to pay domestic fees.

Hi. My daughter applied for PRTD and has been issued a permanent residency visa. She has her old PR card. Does she need any medical or COPR?
Thanks

Those instructions would be included in whatever paperwork you got that acknowledged the successful appeal and requested a passport for counterfoil.

We can't tell you, since it's such a highly personal matter.

Why would she go to either of those offices? PR cards are issued by IRCC.
