H&C case

I need helpeople
Any body advise for the below case please

I had landed in july 2011 and back to my country for marriage, my PR expire in DEC 2016 and not meet the RO since I spent 14 days only , my priority to get baby before getting back to Canada, specially that my case needs IVF as ive done It many times without success and still trying again with some medications as doctors recommended for success operation, there is a good hope in our case as many doctors said but we have to make it many times till it get success, which takes time (all medical reports are available to be sent to H&C)
getting back to canada within the last five years wont help in my case specially that I have to sponsor my wife which will take around two years, I tried to get visit visa for her but it has been refused.
will H&C take such case in consideration specially that we have both to be in same place to get operations done with IVF and medications.
please advise if this is a reasonable reason

Highly doubt a H&C claim will be successful as your reason of "my priority to get baby before getting back to Canada" seems like a personal choice you made. Alternatively you could have married, sponsored your spouse to Canada, and then gone through treatments in Canada all while following your residency obligation.

Of course every H&C appeal is different and all anyone here can do is guess.
