My incoming section shows "SPR information" incoming on the date that sponsor approval was granted, and then "IMM1344A SA & Undertaking" incoming a little under a month later. Nothing else.
Did you have dependents?

In my case I can confirm they have seen my relationship info because that part of my application has been approved. It sounds like there's nothing missing in that section of your notes that should give you cause for concern.

I see pretty much the same thing, and no dependants here. Just my husband and I.

Do not worry BCgirl ...

The reason I asked about dependant is because when I looked up IMM1344A is a form of dependent financial sponsorship!

Thanks Dr Eng X! Yes, trying hard not to worry these days. Our VO is closed anyways till next week, as it's public holiday in Turkey, so really no hope of any movement for now.

I have this entry, too- about IMM1344A. I filled IMM1344. So not sure what is the A. Probably it's in their drop down menu of forms or something like that.

I must admit that the Due date of early August, and seeing nothing on our file does bother me. Oh well. Not much I can do at the moment, till our next file comes in, in 3 weeks or so.

Thanks Deficient. I guess being in the dark provokes some worries. I'm trying to keep them minimized, not always successfully! :)

1000 time "Don't worry" :) I know it is easy to say and should have applied it to myself... They don't meet their due dates, it has been more than 4months some of the due dates...they keep files to meet the quota of published processing time!! I don't know

Nope, and it was actually IMM1344 that I completed too.

Thanks Dr Eng X. They obviously don't meet their due dates. I've seen a couple of applicants in our visa office so far who applied after us and they received their visas in October. I see in our notes that they haven't even done anything on ours, so I'm kinda clueless as for why it is. Yeah moral is a bit low at the moment, but this will all be concluded soon :)

Is it possible that they don't update the notes immediately?

Keep in mind that when you do get the notes they are generally a month old anyway.

Yes, this was true for the first note I ordered. The second one was received surprisingly fast. I received it on Oct 16,and it was printed on Oct 11. I had ordered in at the end of September and wasn't expecting it till the end of October. So basically, when I got them, they were only a week old.

I've had that happen once as well. Their zealousness is much appreciated. :)

:):) Absolutely. I'm sooo looking forward to some zealousness from our VO. Anytime now :D

Needless to say, I have ordered another set of notes. I can't deal with the nightmare of our file getting lost or them sending us some communication and us never receiving, etc etc. So for us, it's at least one set of notes from now on, till we get the visa, and then one final one after just for curiosity's sake!

It seems if you order GCMS without any additional entries, change since they last send it, they will send it fast. It happened to me as well.

Actually, the last time I ordered (early September) they didn't pull the notes until late September, and then sent them about a week later and there had been a LOT of activity. In fact, if they had pulled them when I ordered them, the report would have been unchanged, but because they pulled them 2.5 weeks after my request they picked up almost everything - the only thing missing was my PPR, which must have gone out just after they pulled them.

Does ordering GCMS cause a slight delay in the processing of your application? How I understand it is that it doesn't because the file is off at the visa office and the notes come from Ottawa and from an online data base system. Am I correct in my thinking? Or is there some kind of contact with the visa office which causes your file to be pulled out of order to get the info for the notes at the visa office?
