Hey everyone just have fews qs :

1) For Supplementary info for “travels” it asks about trips outside country of residence OR origion. Since I came to Canada I just visited back home for 2 weeks (Country of origin) do I leave it as did not travel? And if I leave it blank where should I put the details of this trip??

2) For Background declaration form section “Personal History” is it okay that I put on the form that see the attached sheet as space is not enough and put all the details there?

3) For the same qs 2 above I used the following format kindly advise if it looks okay or any suggestions on it:
Personal History

Hi I am also filling my application right now.

1) I have the same question on travel history, i will let you know asap. I will ask some of my friends who recently got PR. I will ask them how they filled.

2) As far as I know if you cant fit all the information on first page, then you just need to print a copy of that page only ... lets say you are writing about last 10 years of personal history, which is on page 2, they have only 5 line... if you need further, then you only need to print page 2 and just continue. Like i have filled my last 10 years personal history and it take me 3 pages. I have asked my friends and they did it that way. Make sure you include everything, like vacation, work and study. And also make sure you started from the most recent. I have heard they like to see more details in personal history. So make it clear. I hope that helps.

keep me post if you hear anything..... thanks.

Even I was in same situation. I went on vacation for two weeks to my country of origin. I didn't mention that in the list. Only provide the list of trips outside canada(current country of residence) and your country of origin.

Just print multiple copies of the page 2 from the Background declaration form and write a note saying "Further details provided on a separate sheet" after Personal history section. I have done the same.

3) For the same qs 2 above I used the following format kindly advise if it looks okay or any suggestions on it:

Ensure not to leave any gaps in between.

What if I was in transit. Does time spent in transit (for less than 24 hrs) considered as travel. Do we need to mention them in travel history??

they only ask for month and year. so not a lot of room there to be so specific. just list month and year.

Back to my original post , If someone can look at my dates if those makes sense as I looked at them and guess they are okay , but if someone can kindly check ?

apart from reversing these two - (reverse order)

2011 10 2012 11
2011 11 2011 11

It looks ok, no gaps identified...
