I was accepted to NIPS conference which will be from 3-8 December. I am trying to apply for a visitor Visa. I own a passport from Kazakhstan and currently studying in South Korea (D-2 Visa). I have got a few questions, and would be glad if someone answered them.
1) How do I reply to "Do you have a job in the country where you currently live?", if I am a Graduate Student? I just receive a stipend from my university and do my research at lab. I guess I am considered as not having a job?
2) "Do you depend on someone for financial support?" I am also not sure about this one. I only get money as monthly stipends (from university and research grants). Does this qualify as financial support?
