I applied through express entry with my wife, she is outside of Canada but has a valid Canada visa, and being fully vaccinated she can enter Canada now. We bought her tickets and prepared for travel.
Just when she was preparing to travel we got the "Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal" email asking where we are currently and we said the truth: I'm in Canada, she's outside Canada. I got a link to the PR confirmation portal, she didn't.
The thing is, now she IS in Canada. I guess they wanted her to do the confirmation thing from outside Canada but they requested her passport and she was unable to provide it as she was traveling.
What now? Can we ask for a confirmation portal link for her? Maybe we could drive to the US border and land her there?
