Got my COPR in February. Not sure how to begin the process of getting a health card

Hi!

So as the title says, I got my COPR through the Family sponsorship and I was just wondering what I need to do to get my health card in Quebec, Montreal?
I have a health insurance that we payed for until September but I would like to start the process because I heard it takes about 3 months.

I'm not sure I get what I'm supposed to do and what to send and to who.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for your response! I was on that page and wasnt sure about a few steps,
By any chance do you know how I obtain a true copy of my CSQ? I have my original only and I cant find anything on the Quebec website

Call them and they will give you personalized information. I think due to covid you will need to submit only photocopies.
