got my COPR in February, not sure when I'm supposed to receive my PR card

Hi
I am a 2020 February inland applicant.

So as the title says, I got my COPR and I did as instructed and sent them the letter with a photo of me.
I didn't get confirmation that they received it and I don't see it on the GCKey.
I was wondering how long it usually takes to receive the actual card?
And were they supposed to inform me that they received it?
