Got GIC account details 2nd time

Today I got my GIC account details 2nd time. My account was opened on 22 nd nov2013 but I deferred my admission and my secure email showing my account details have been automatically deleted. But I don't have any previous details for fund transfer but I applied again for new account and got all details in my previous GIC account.

so whats the query, do you have the 2 accounts or the money has been transferred to your new gic account

No I have the same account but got account details 2 nd time in same account.

I have been rejected for study permit application , how long can I hold the GIC account money ? I do not want to transfer it yet to my bank in India
