See in MI-1 the documents was not accessed at the Selection Stage so when people claim a Particular NOC their duties may not have matched or some of the documents provided as proofs are not acceptable to VO. This cannot be explained as many applications are rejected when MR and BGC are completed. I am shocked to see the % selection of the MI3 not MI1

NDVO issued 14415 ( Cases ) visa in last 12 months, if you observe above data, NDVO will take only 6 months to process all MI-1, MI-2, MI-3

Yes , they fall in Final Decision Category as by this time your eligibility review is complete and they start to verify your credentials and start process for issuing MR and BGC's

looking at the MI-1 data for all VO's CIC issued 22963 ( Cases ) Visas thats quite good number, and they will issue Visas to all MI-1 applicants by end of 2013 that for sure

can you please tell how is it possible that when they have quota for just 8000 visa issuance for 1 year how can they issue 23355+20298+16002 visas.
i doubt these figures.

Please update your information you are talking about the cases not Visas for NDVO the figures above are for all World VO's. Further the above data is for MI1+MI2+MI3, the targets for world for MI-1 was separate from MI-2(20000) and MI-3 (20000). further they have taken more than 200000 cases in last year
