Re: GOOD NEWS FOR MI-1

hi, any one here can tell me why there is huge number of rejections in MI1 and MI3? is there any way we know at which stage these are rejected? is there a genuine reason for rejection?
don't be pissed off by seeing so many questions? i am little worried now after waiting for 5 months post Medicals. Mine is New york office, is there any way some one can tell me how many are pending from this office for final decision. i think i have to look at the status Final decision as i completed my medicals.

See in MI-1 the documents was not accessed at the Selection Stage so when people claim a Particular NOC their duties may not have matched or some of the documents provided as proofs are not acceptable to VO. This cannot be explained as many applications are rejected when MR and BGC are completed. I am shocked to see the % selection of the MI3 not MI1

Re: GOOD NEWS FOR MI-1

Im a MI1 applicant from pre feb 2008 and im still waiting to get MR not quite sure if that will be done before the year end 2012.

So does this mean that the pending refund of pre 2008 applicants not happening.
