Given name and family name ???

Hi all ,

My name as per my passport is :
Bassam essam omar shaaban

In filling up in the forms , i putted the names as below :

Family name : shaaban
Given name : bassam essam omar shaaban
I wrote my family name twice ..

I already submitted my application , and i noticed this mistake while checking the application status .

How can i rectify this mistake ?
